All Levels Vinyasa Yoga W/Cait
This 60-minute vinyasa yoga class offers a welcoming and accessible space for all experience levels. You'll be mindfully guided through a mix of standing, balancing, and seated postures, with sequences designed to move the body with intention. While the overall pace is gentle, at times we may explore more vigorous or challenging shapes—always with options to modify or pause. Clear instruction and plenty of variations (including prop support) will be provided throughout. You may also be introduced to simple breathwork and meditation techniques to support a sense of calm and presence.
Whether you're brand new or have an established practice, you're warmly invited to join.

Cait Fields is a Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in mental health and deep relaxation, merging mind-body techniques for holistic well-being. Practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2007, Cait began her journey into teaching yoga in 2019. With over 1000 hours of formal training, Cait brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Cait is dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, using ancient wisdom and modern practices to guide clients toward healing and self-discovery.
