About

The Full Circle Collective was born from a small group of friends who realized that co-locating their kindred businesses would be beneficial to each other, their customers, and the local community.  After countless discussions and planning sessions, the business owners began to develop a vision for a thoughtfully designed space that would be a hub for our local community: a place for people of all ages to bike, walk, learn and play, enjoy a cup of coffee with a freshly baked pastry, eat wholesome and nourishing foods, explore local art, and spend time in a beautiful and welcoming setting that fosters connections to nature and to one another.

Current Partners

The Full Circle Collective is comprised of the following family businesses:

Hudson Valley Trailworks - Hudson Valley Trailworks (HVT) is a worker-owned cooperative of friends and family who create trails that connect communities in and around the Hudson Valley, NY. HVT develops and maintains environmentally-friendly and sustainable trail projects of all sizes on private and public lands. HVT blurs the line between recreation and traditional landscape design, offering beautiful functional landscape installations. In addition to HVT offices, the space will include indoor and outdoor recreation and community programming.

Gardiner Bakehouse - Rochelle Kelvin is a local baker who produces an array of premium sourdough breads and baked goods made with regionally-sourced ingredients.  A core aspect of her business model is that of a “Community Supported Bakery” in which area residents will be able to purchase a discounted subscription for fresh breads and baked goods, encouraging a greater level of direct involvement and commitment between the baker and the community.  Gardiner Bakehouse strives to revive the cultural significance of sharing bread with neighbors, and will offer hands-on opportunities to learn about baking and regional agriculture.

Melissa & Greg Gagne are long-time Gardiner locals and reside in the hamlet. Former proprietors of the beloved Red Rooster Cafe and current operators of grazery , located in Water Street Market New Paltz. Together they  will be operating  the food and beverage program at the collective. This  will be rooted in local agriculture with emphasis on simplicity and approachable food for all.

Crecent - Crescent is a hub for learning, creativity and connection. Join us in our spacious and light flooded room for an ever-changing schedule of unforgettable classes and workshops, music, indoor markets and magical dining events. Or rent our gorgeous space and dream up your own gathering. As an extension of Crescent Farm just down the road, we will stretch our canvas for authentic expression and supported growth. Together let’s try the unexpected, play, and find our why.
